Birdsville races weekend is a weekend when hundreds of aviators gather at Birdsville to experience the outback. Of course many more also come by road. We hope that you are able to join us this year at Birdsville.

Landing, Airport Access & Camping fees apply. These fees are as follows and include GST:

Landing Fees single engine aircraft                           $25.00 Per Aircraft

Landing Fees multi engine aircraft                           $35.00 Per Aircraft

Airport Access (camping on airport)                         $45.00 per person

Airport Access (no camping on airport)                    $35.00 per person  (if staying in Town e.g. Tent City,
                                                                                                               Hotel, private, caravan park or other)

**PLEASE NOTE SURCHARGES WILL APPLY TO CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS**

Unless prepaid, the amount is payable upon arrival and wristbands will be issued.

Hard Stand Parking charges apply in addition to the above mentioned fees, These charges are as follows and include GST:

Up to 2000 KG MTOW                                             $65 Per Night or part there of (5pm to 6am)

2001-5700 KG MTOW                                             $100 Per Night or part there of (5pm to 6am)

5701-10000 KG MTOW                                           $135 Per Night or part there of (5pm to 6am)

Greater than 10000 MTOW                                     $165 Per Night or part there of (5pm to 6am)

**PLEASE NOTE SURCHARGES WILL APPLY TO CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS**

Parking on the hard stand area including the apron is very limited and restricted to larger aircraft particularly jet and turbo prop. Parking charges apply during the Birdsville Races period and booking and pre-payment is essential.
