Diamantina Shire Council is calling for fair and sustainable disaster recovery funding arrangements, raising concerns about proposed changes that could place increased pressure on remote Councils and communities.

Council advises that contractors will be working on Bedourie town footpaths commencing Friday 3 July. Streets affected include Herbert
Street, Eyre Street and Kepler Street. Works are expected to continue for a week. Thank you for your understanding during this time.
